    A Self-Trust Coach helps you rebuild confidence in your own judgment. The work is not about advice or fixing you, but about understanding where self-doubt comes from and learning how to respond to life without constantly second-guessing yourself. Over time, decisions feel easier, boundaries feel possible and you rely less on outside approval.

    You might find this helpful if you often look capable on the outside but feel unsure inside. If you overthink decisions, struggle to say no or keep looking for reassurance before moving forward, this work can support you. Many people come not because something is “wrong,” but because they’re tired of not trusting themselves.

    Come as you are in the sessions. We start from where you are in life and talk through what you’re navigating. Through coversations we notice patterns and slow things down enough to create clarity. There’s no pressure to perform or arrive with answers. The focus is on practical shifts that you can carry into everyday life.

    There’s no fixed timeline.  Some people come for a few sessions around a specific situation, while others stay longer as they build deeper self-trust. Any meaningful change takes about 6-8 sessions and for deeper transformations we review the pace together and shape the process that feels right for you.
